Risk warning

Trading foreign exchange, gold (XAUUSD), and related markets involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Indicators and signals are never guarantees of profit.

Subscriptions & access

Private indicator access is offered on a monthly subscription basis as described on the pay page. Pricing, availability, and features may change. TradingView invite-only access is granted after successful payment and may be revoked if a subscription ends, payment fails, or these terms are breached.

Card subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis for the period you select until cancelled. USDT payments are confirmed manually after you submit an access request.

Payments & non-refundable policy

All payments — including Stripe card charges and USDT transfers — are non-refundable once processed, including after TradingView access has been granted. By completing checkout or submitting an access request, you agree that fees are final.

You may cancel a Stripe subscription to stop future renewals; cancellation does not refund the current paid period. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless we terminate access for breach of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, copy, and custom-coded tools associated with Ghost Wealth University remain the property of Ghost Wealth University. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our indicators or materials without written permission.

Conduct

Community spaces (including Telegram) must remain respectful. We may remove access for abuse, spam, sharing of paid materials, or conduct that harms other members.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost Wealth University is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from use of this website, community content, or tools.
