What we collect

We may receive information you choose to share when you contact us (Telegram, Instagram, email) — such as your name, username, and message content.

When you pay by card, we collect the details you enter for checkout (email, TradingView username, selected products, billing period and currency). Card numbers are handled by Stripe — we do not store full card details on our servers.

When you pay with USDT and submit the access form, we receive the details you enter (TradingView username, transaction ID, optional email, selected products) via our hosting forms provider (Netlify).

How we use it

To process subscriptions and one-off access requests
To grant, renew, or revoke TradingView invite-only access
To respond to enquiries and support requests
To improve our educational content and services
To meet legal, tax, or regulatory obligations where required

Payments (Stripe)

Card payments and recurring subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe may process your email, billing address, payment method details, and transaction metadata under Stripe’s own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment, subscription status, and the metadata we attach (such as TradingView username and product selection) so we can deliver access.

Stripe receipts and billing emails are sent by Stripe. You can manage or cancel a card subscription through Stripe’s customer flows or by contacting us.

Cookies & analytics

This site may use essential hosting cookies from our provider (Netlify). We also use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel to understand traffic and measure actions such as visiting the pay page or completing checkout. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can block trackers in your browser settings. We do not sell personal data.

Third parties

Messages sent via Telegram or Instagram are processed under those platforms’ own privacy policies. Payment processors (Stripe), hosting (Netlify), analytics (Google, Meta), and TradingView operate under their own policies when you use their services.
